The idea that inspires me

Ciardo is my nickname and the name I wanted to give to
my dream. Everything starts from my passion for the cuisine,
that I have cultivated over the years as a self-taught.
The idea was to revisit the traditional cuisine of my mammà (mom),
giving the dishes a touch of originality. Because of this I took
on long and pleasant research about my territory, choosing
myself the small local producers with whom I wanted
to collaborate, and their quality products. These products
and the best freshly caught fish are the soul of my cuisine.
Me and my mother put the hands and the heart; she is the one who
trasmitted me the love for simple and genuine things.
This is Ciardò cucina di mare, a small restaurant that is based
on quality and attention to the details.
